Project overview

This garden in Brackley, Surrey needed a complete redesign. The client wanted a low-maintenance space while keeping room for planting that complements her colourful garden objects.

Before and after

The small lawn had become a chore, so the client wanted a place to relax with minimal upkeep. We worked with Garden Designer Deb Cass from Bright Green Garden to bring her vision to life. The new design welcomes pollinators and wildlife and ties in with the client’s colourful features.

Project description

We transformed the garden from a tired strip of grass into a vibrant, tranquil space that reflects the client’s personality. The gravel garden uses hardy, drought-tolerant plants suited to drier summers. Staggered paving creates a gentle route through the space and offers different viewpoints from several seating spots.
