Project overview

The client was moving back into their home after a 1.5 year rebuild, leaving the garden covered in builders’ waste. A complete lawn revival was needed to restore the garden to something to be proud of.

Before and after

This large garden in Teddington needed reinstating after a lengthy renovation project. Our team removed more than 20 tonnes of builders’ waste and brought in 20 tonnes of premium-grade soil to prepare the ground. The result was a lawn worthy of Wimbledon.

Project description

The rear garden required a complete transformation after the house build. We cleared the site, rotavated, and re-levelled the ground using heavy machinery to create a laser-level finish. A new patio, pathway, fencing, and planting were installed around the garden room, with carefully selected specimen plants adding character and grandeur to the space.

This Tooting garden, previously neglected for decades as a rental property, was transformed into a vibrant and functional outdoor space tailored to the new owners' vision. With a sunny aspect throughout the day, the garden had long been underutilized, but we set out to change that by creating a design that aligned perfectly with the clients' lifestyle and love for outdoor entertaining. We introduced distinct seating areas, raised planters to add structure and greenery, and installed lighting to ensure the garden could be enjoyed from morning until late evening, delivering a welcoming atmosphere that invites relaxation and social gatherings.
